Worship

Worship is at the heart of our church life.  Weekly, the preaching, music, and liturgy provide an opportunity for personal growth in faith and commitment to Jesus Christ.  We gather weekly from throughout our community for worship.  This experience also offers unique opportunities for true Christian fellowship.

Sunday Worship

Traditional Worship
8:30 and 11:00 A.M.  in the Sanctuary

MVP Service

Midweek-Vesper-Prayer, informal service held every Wednesday at 6:00 P.M. in the Sanctuary.  Communion held 2nd Wednesday of each month.

Holy Communion

Celebrated on the first Sunday of each month in all three Sunday morning worship services.  Special Communion services are held on Christmas Eve and World Wide Communion.  Home Communion for Shut-ins and the sick are also available upon request.

Child Care

During all worship services, child care is available for infants six weeks old through pre-school aged children.  A paging system is now in operation so parents may take a pager with them when they attend Sunday School or worship. The pagers vibrate when parents are contacted so no sound is made.

Discreet Receivers for Hearing Impaired

Discrete receivers are available at the sanctuary door for those  that are hearing impaired.  These receivers can fit in the ear or can be used in conjunction with hearing aides that have a "telephone coil" installed.

Acolytes

Acolytes are trained each year.  A team of third through sixth grader participate in Sunday worship services on a monthly schedule.
